Under the patronage of the vice-dean for educational affairs, a summer program to train alumni for market was held by the Employment and Alumni Affairs Center in cooperation with the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
The program began by highlighting the goals of the MoU signed by MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren with HRDF, aiming to train the university graduates.
Several workshops were held including:
- How to write a CV, by Dr. Saleh bin Mayof
- Art of interview, by Mr. Mohamed Al-Waseedi
- How to search for a job, by Dr. Mashael Al-Ahmadi
- Capital Career, by Dr. Olayan Al-Harbi
- Production tools, by Dr. Fawaz Al-Harbi
- Labor market skills, by Dr. Mashael Al-Ahmadi
At the end of the program, the supervisor of the Center, Dr. Al-Mayof highlighted the job opportunities offered by private sectors located within the university’s geographical area (Majmaah, Hawtat Sudair, Zulfi, Ghat, Remah). He also mentioned internship trainings provided by companies, factories and public sectors.
