The Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, chaired the meeting of the Standing Committee for Academic Plans and Programs in the presence of the committee members. A number of important topics on the agenda were discussed including the committee's approval to create a new bachelor's program in the College of Business Administration to meet the demand of the labor market, the draft executive regulations for the cooperative training policy which includes all academic programs except health programs.
The meeting concluded with Dr. Al-Aboudi's stress on the importance of continuing to develop academic programs in line with recent developments in the fields of higher education.
