A unified training platform 'Irteqaa' was launched by Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, in the presence of the supervisor of the platform, Dr. Faisal Al-Shammari, and the platform’s team. The first academic year featured 40 course coordinators and 248 training courses.
The platform aims to provide a database of all the training courses that staff may need regularly. The database also features a list of trainers and their contact details. Part of the database's primary goal is also to provide Training ePortfolio in various fields, facilitate the registration process in training courses, follow up on the attendance and print certificates.
Prof. Al-Dosari extended his thanks to the working team led by Dr. Al-Shammari for their unfailing commitment to establish this training platform which will be a step in the right direction for the training sector at the university.
