The Saudi Cifal Center conducted a 3-day training program, in cooperation with the University's Social Responsibility Observatory, entitled: Creativity and Administrative Innovation. The program was presented by Dr. Duaa Al-Hazmi (Supervisor of the Family and Childhood Center at the University's Social Responsibility Observatory).
The training program aims to develop the trainees' skills, knowledge, attitudes and values necessary to enable them to understand the concepts of creativity and administrative innovation, and how to apply them in their work. The program targeted the university's employees and leaders allowing them to develop their creative skills and enhance their capabilities in workforce.
The training program included: an overview of creativity and administrative innovation, motivating leaders to adopt out-of-the-box thinking methodologies to face challenges and find innovative solutions that contribute to the development of the university. The course also highlighted the importance of creative thinking as a basic skill for leaders, and leading positive change inside and outside the university.
