The Observatory conducts a course entitled (Business Continuity and Risk Management)

The Social Responsibility Observatory, conducted in cooperation with the Cifal Center, a course entitled (Business Continuity and Risk Management) via the Blackboard. The course was presented by Dr. Abdullah Al-Mutairi who gave an overview of the Business Continuity and Risk Management Program, the elements of the Business Continuity Program and its objectives, and introduced the main concepts of analyzing the business as well as the basic skills for carrying out the process of influencing business.

The course also aimed to address the general principles and specificities of risks related to projects and to identify the critical success factors for risk management and other objectives.

The course was wrapped up with a Q&A session.
