The Social Responsibility Observatory, represented by the Family and Childhood Center, held, in cooperation with the College of Dentistry, a workshop entitled (The Family and Empowering Children's Oral Health: A Guide to Effective Prevention and Early Care).

The workshop was presented by Dr. Ria Al-Mufleh, Senior Vice President of Pediatric Dentistry and addressed different topics including the importance of early care for oral and dental health, the importance of the first visit to the dentist and the appropriate timing for it. The workshop also discussed ways to deal with teething in children and how to relieve pain. The workshop concluded with a discussion about correcting misconceptions about dental health in children.

This workshop is an extension of many workshops presented by the Social Responsibility Observatory at the university to care for society and spread, enhance and activate the role of social responsibility.
