A Course titled The Lawsuit and the Latest Rules of Jurisdiction held by College of Business Administration

Within the framework of the Law Club Programs, the College of Business Administration held a course for students in Zulfi under the theme: “ The Lawsuit and the Latest Rules of Jurisdiction”
Presented by Dr. Fadi Shaisha, faculty member in the Department of Law,
the session focused on defining lawsuit, conditions of its acceptance, and the latest procedural amendments relating to the rules of local and specific jurisdiction of the judicial proceedings and adjudication.
The college thanked Dr. Fadi Shaisha for his contribution to the success of the Law Club programs, which was established to organize activities and provide the students with the skills and information necessary to fulfill the needs of the labor market.
