A Training Course entitled “Enhancing Leadership Skills” held by Department of Business Administration

The Department of Business Administration a training course in the groups of the College of Business Administration in Zulfi, entitled “Enhancing Leadership Skills”.
The course, which is part of the training plan of the department for the academic year 1440/1441, was presented by Dr. Mohammed Al-Ameen, faculty members at the department of business administration.
The course focused on several topics, including:
- The concept and elements of leadership
- Effective leadership
- Creativity in leadership
- Characteristics and skills of creative leader
