Within the framework of the Department of Law’s plan to qualify students for market by learning the essential knowledge in different legal fields, the law club in cooperation with the training committee conducted a training course entitled “International Commercial Arbitration” at the College of Business Administration in Majmaah and other groups in Zulfi.
The course addressed the several topics in the field of international commercial arbitration such as the meaning of arbitration from a legal perspective, the distinction between domestic, foreign and international arbitration and the right way of writing a draft for arbitration.
The distinction between institutional and free arbitration was highlighted along with the procedures of managing an arbitration lawsuit.
The college is pleased to thank Dr. Yasser Al-Bader for presenting the course.
