Under the supervision of Head of Department of Law Dr. Abdulrahman bin Khaled Al Abdulkarim, the Academic Advisory Committee at Department of Law organized a workshop at the headquarters of College of Business Administration in Zulfi titled: “Academic Advisory and its Importance in the Educational Process”.
The workshop held on Tuesday 28-2-1440 AH aims to increase both students' academic awareness in general and with regard to the academic advisory in particular.
The session was presented by the faculty members of the Department of Law: Dr. Abker Ismail Esehaq, Dr. Fadi Mohammed Sheaeshea, and Dr. Tamer Yousef Saafan. More than 40 law students in Zulfi attended the workshop.
The workshop addressed the following topics: explaining academic advisory including its significance, themes, fields, objectives, and mechanism of activation, as well as clarifying how the students can take advantage of the academic advisor, basics law students should know, and the university regulations.
The workshop concluded with a Q&A session where the faculty members answered the students' questions.
Thanks were extended to the College for their efforts in conducting such workshops and meetings which aims to educate students with the necessary information they need during their academic life.
