Graduation of the Fifth Batch of Female Students at the Faculty of Education in Majmaah

 

A graduation of the fifth batch of female students at the Faculty of Education in Majmaah has taken place on Tuesday evening 21/07/1435 H. Therefore, the number of female graduates was 528 ones as the following : ( 129 ) female graduates from the Department of Islamic Studies, ( 144 ) female graduates from the Department of Arabic Language, ( 43) female graduates from the Department of English Language, ( 52) female graduates from the Department of Mathematics, (59) female graduates from the Department of Biology, ( 50) female graduates from the Department of Home Economics, and( 51) female graduates from the College of Applied Medical Sciences. The number of attendees who joined the graduation ceremony has exceeded 450 female guests including Vice Deans of female Colleges at the university, and female staff of the Faculty of Education in Majmaah and the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences and other colleges , in addition to a number of official females of the public education as well as the private one, Al-Rajhi Bank and a group of community women and mothers of the graduates as well. Dean of Faculty of Education in Majmaah, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Al Sabet, has chaired the general supervision on the ceremony, also the Deanship for Educational Affairs, represented by : Dr. Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya, and Dr. Farah bint Mansour Al Asker, and Ms Halima bint Saleh Al Shehri, has undertaken the administration, equipment, and preparation of the ceremony in collaboration with a number of committees; consisting of employees of the administrative body from: the Unit of Admission and Registration, Student Activity, Public Relations, Management of the College, Security and Monitoring , Communications, Maintenance and a number of employees of the administrative body at the academic departments. The ceremony has presented by the students Fetoon bint Nasser Al Yousef and Rahaf bint Fahd Al Medlej at 7:30 pm , therefore, the ceremony has begun with verses from the Holy Quran recited by the student Aljawharah bint Hammad Al Hammad followed by a speech of the Dean of the College of Education delivered on his behalf by Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Nora bint Ibrahim Al Sewayan, then a speech of the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, Dr. Nasser Al Jarallah delivered on his behalf by Ms. Salma Al Juhani, then a speech of the Dean of Admission and Registration delivered on his behalf by the Chief of the Unit of Admission and Registration at the College, Ms. Nawal bint Hammad Al Obaid, then a speech of graduates shared between two students : Nouf Ibrahim Al Taweel, from the College of Education in Majmaah and the student Hadeel bint Ahmed Al Aulah, from the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences. After that, resigned faculty members, who have made great efforts during the period of their working at the College of Education, have been honoured such as Dr. Subhia Al Shafei and Dr. Gamalat Ghoneim, in addition to honouring the students who have obtained advanced positions in the Fifth Scientific Conference such as the student Rahaf bint Fahd Al Medlej, (College of Applied Medical Sciences ) for obtaining the second place in the field of diction , and the student Sarah bint Abdulrahman Al Yousuf ( College of Education in Majmaah ) for obtaining the fourteenth place in the field of community service. The ceremony has ended up its program by going around the students' travel and being handed over graduation certificates and a commemorative gift from the Deputy for Educational Affairs, Dr. Farah bint Mansour Al Asker. While, Dr. Al Asker has handed the graduation certificates and a commemorative gift to graduates of the College of Education, Ms. Wedad Al Enzi has handed the graduates of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, so that the programs of the ceremony to be finished at 9:30.
