The College of Education in Majmaah, represented by the Department of Educational Sciences (Female Section), held a workshop entitled: "Technology Risks on the Brain and Cognitive Processes" on Sunday, 2/6/1439.
Presented by Dr. Eman Abdullah Al-Haysah, Assistant Professor at the Department of Educational Sciences, the workshop aims to educate students about the dangers of technology on the brain and cognitive processes, technology and its effect on people.
Dr. Eman also talked about the cognitive processes of human learning, 'attention span' and the negative effects of technology on the brains.
The course ended by outlining a number of instructions on how to overcome the risks of technology. The students expressed their appreciation to the presenter for the workshop.
