A Workshop on “How to write up a Minute of Scientific Departments’ Councils”

The secretariat of the College of Education’s council conducted on Sunday a workshop on the procedures of writing minutes of scientific departments’ councils in the meeting room and was broadcasted to female campus.
The workshop was delivered by the vice-dean for graduate studies and scientific research (Secretary of the council), Dr. Ali Al-Dhukail and Prof. Mustafa Farouq.
Commending the value of the workshop, the vice-dean said that it plays a vital role in improving the council secretaries’ quality of work at colleges.
Dr. Al-Dhukail made a reference to some feedback related to writing a minute of meeting and said that all elements of a minute should be considered (topic, description, recommendations, documents, concerned sectors).
At the end of the workshop, attendees provided their feedback about the topic.
A number of recommendations were made and presented to the vice-dean for further considerations.
