MU College of Education in Majmaah celebrated in collaboration with the Department of Education in Majmaah Province the World Teacher’s Day, under the theme: “Qualifying Teachers is Learners' Right”, sponsored by Vice -Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Romaih, and in the presence of Dean of College of Education Dr. Majid bin Othman Abu Hussein, the vice-deans, department heads, and a number of the Department of Education’s teachers in Majmaah.
The ceremony was held on Sunday 27/ 1/1440, in the Quality and Skills Development’s hall, at the university campus.
Many working papers were shared by the staff of the Department of Educational Science and members of other departments under the theme: “Qualifying Teachers is Learners' Right”.
The aim of celebrating the World Teachers Day is to need to raise the status of the teaching profession, not only for the benefit of teachers and students, but also for society and the future as a whole, including a recognition of the role played by the teachers in building the future in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030.
