College Holds a Training Session for Hawtat Sadir Municipality Employees

Hotat Sudari College of Science and Human Studies held on Monday 26/6/1437 AH, a training session as part of its community service plan titled "Management Skills", in Hawtat Sadir municipality training room. The session, which targeted the municipality employees, was presented by Dr. Jamal Hlawah, an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration at the College. Dr. Hlawah explained the concept of management as well as the necessary elements for successful applications. He presented the most important management skills by citing realistic field cases, and explaining some management theories. The session also included some exercises for the trainees in order to encourage them and improve their administrative work. The session dealt with some administrative problems individually and collectively, which add some vitality to it, a series of questions were also raised and answered during the session. At the end of the session, attendance certificates were distributed among the trainees of. After the session, the municipality staff thanked the trainer and the community service team; Mr. Hussein Batayneh and Mr. Ali Al-Khamis for their efforts in organizing the session. In return, the College team extended their sincere thanks to the municipality staff led by the Mayor, Eng. Fahed Romaih, for their enthusiasm and diligence. This session is but the first of a series of developmental training sessions offered by the College as a program for the municipality employees, based on their needs, which were previously discussed.
