A Training Course entitled “ E-Learning System Blackboard”

Following the directives of the Dean of the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, the female campus conducted a training course under the supervision of the Vice-Dean, Dr. Huda Al-Barrak entitled “ E-Learning System Blackboard”.
The course which was presented by Ms. Halimah Al-Rashidi on Sunday and Wednesday addressed the following themes:
1. Content of the course and interface page
2. Non-Real Time Communication Channels (e.g. email – discussion, assignments)
3. Real Time Communication Channels (e.g. virtual classes – chat)
4. Add/remove news
5. Show/hide grades
6. Create a virtual class and send invitation to students
7. virtual class management
8. registration of virtual class and sending invitation to students
9. Add/delete files in discussion
10. Group discussion management and comments
11. Add news and upload attached files
12. Dividing students into groups for research projects and other tasks
13. Send/receive emails
14. Answering technical questions such as login virtual class
The Dean of the College, Dr. Omar Al-Omar said that these courses target students.
