Department of Law conducts a course entitled “The art of drafting regulations and legal notes”

As part of the training plan of the Department of Law for the academic year 1442/1443, the department has conducted a virtual course entitled “The art of drafting regulations and legal notes”.

The course was presented by Dr. Meshael Al-Samhan, a faculty member, and addressed the following themes:

2. What is meant by bylaws and regulations?

3. The importance of drafting in the legal profession

4. Origins and defects of drafting
