Under the auspices of the Dean of the College, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Shehri, and the follow-up of the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Talal bin Abdi Al-Harbi, the Academic Advising Unit at the College worked to provide distinguished counseling services to students. The programme was implemented in both male and female parts of the college.
Moreover, the Head of the Unit held a meeting with the academic advisors to explain the work plan during the add- drop week. The meeting also stressed the importance of communicating with all students and discussing with them the options of registration, add and drop in line with the regulations of study and examinations and its executive rules. The advisors were informed to proceed through this week in such a way not to affect the graduation of students and help them to boost their GPAs.
The Academic Advising Week witnessed a remarkable student attendance both college parts as well as extensive meetings with their academic advisors. The unit also supported academic advisors and students in solving the problems they faced.
