Under the patronage of MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren and the support of Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientfic Research, Pro. Mohammed Al-Shayae and the direct supervision of the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri, the College of Computer Science and Information (CCSI) participated in the Cyber-Security Summit 2019 held at Crown Plaza Hotel, Riyadh.
The CCSI was the only academic representative of MU in this event. Dr. Ali Al-Hamdan, Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and Eng. Abdelaziz Al-Waheebi, presented the university’s major activities for cyber-security and digital manuals, including BA and MA programs and labs that are highly equipped with state-of-the-are technology in this field alongside with its contributions to community through training courses and tech camps.
The summit offers an opportunity to exchange experience with entrepreneurs and academicians and to highlight the role of the university in this field in line with the Vision 2030
