MU football team comes third among Saudi university

In the presence of the Secretary-General of the Sports Federation of Saudi Universities, Dr. Abdullah Salwi, and the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Saleh Al-Rashidi, the university football team was awarded bronze medals and the third place in the tournament. The team also received an amount of (20,000) riyals in category B after its victory over Najran University's team by penalty kicks 3/4.

The university team won 4 matches in the group stage against the Islamic University, Jubail Colleges, Effat University, and Buraidah Private Colleges and ending the match with Taibah University with draw result. The team lost in the semi-finals against Tabuk University, and won against Najran University to be ranked third place.
