Under the follow-up of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, the first field visit to the College of Science and Humanities in Ghat was conducted by the vice-rector for educational affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Obudi, on Tuesday.
The visit which featured workshops and coordinating meeting aimed to ensure the readiness of some academic programs for accreditation.
During the visit, Prof. Al-Obudi listened to a detailed account from the dean of College of Science and Humanities, Dr. Omar Al-Omar, about the developmental endeavors for academic and educational process at the college.
A workshop - held by the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development and chaired by Dr. Feryeh Al-Anizi- focused on discussing the work plan to prepare the academic programs for accreditation.
The vice-rector, Dr. A-Obudi commended the efforts expended by colleges to prepare their academic programs for accreditation as well as the role played by the Deanship of Quality in this respect.
