he University Represented by the General Directorate for Planning and Administrative Developing Opens Training Programs for the Second Semester in Cooperation with Institute of General Administration

With concern from the University Rector and Constant Follow-up by his Excellency the University vice President Dr. Musallam Aldousari and under the supervision of his excellency Dr. Sa’ad Alkahtani, the programs of General Administration Institute for the second semester of the academic year 1436 on Sunday 3/5/1436 in the University City. These training programs are pertaining to training the university staff and government bodies in the city and other neighboring places. The director of training unit Mr. Sultan ALdabbas clarified that the target of coordination and preparation for hosting these programs is to achieve the university goals to contribute to administrative development in the area. The institute seeks through these programs to expand the circle of beneficiaries from the training programs to enable those who have work or personal reasons to attend these programs at their convenience to gain the necessary training so they can join the institute within their residing area so the institute will expand its geographical area for the beneficiaries of its training activities. Also he clarified that the training programs for this semester include nine programs for more than 280 staff members represented in the following: Secretary work, the financial rights and benefits of the employee, promotions, administrative creativity, the skills of dealing with managers, managing disputes in work environment and establishing an effectivee organization culture.
