A Workshop on: “Procedural Manuals”

Under the patronage of Vice-Rector Prof. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari, and in the presence of representatives of MU department, General Directorate of Development held a workshop titled: “Procedural Manuals” On Sunday 26/2/1440 AH.
General-Director of Development Mr. Mussaed Al-Khunaini began the session with a welcoming statement followed by the Vice-Rector’s statement about the importance of procedural manuals to each department. He explained the role of procedural manuals in controlling work system, how they are prepared, and its positive impact on work.
Mr. Mohammed Al -Aola’s participation was on Business Process Engineering.
General Director of Follow-up Mr. Khaled Al-Otaibi highlighted the importance of the existence of a procedural manual to enable Follow-up Directorate to play its role.
General Supervisor of the Vice- Rector’ Office Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi gave a statement in which he explained the need to benefit from the outputs of this workshop and put them into practice.
At the end of the workshop, Director General of Development thanked the attendants for their interaction and their interests to enrich the topics of this workshop, which hopefully will contribute with its recommendations to the development of work and its mechanism.
