GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF SERVICES IMPROVES RISK MANAGEMENT PLATFORM’S SERVICE QUALITY

As part of the performance improvement plans to raise readiness level to deal with emergencies at Majmaah University, a team from the Transportation Department inspected the emergency routes inside and outside the university campus. Mr. Moteb Al-Maymouni, Supervisor of General Directorate of Services (GDS) , said that in compliance with the directives of the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, field teams were formed from the Field Control Unit to improve the quality service in a way that ensures the safety of MU Transportation’s benefiters. Mr. Al-Myamouni extended his thanks MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren, for the support the GDS receives to improve the quality of services provided to university members and community alike.
