Under the patronage of the Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, the General Administration of Organizational Development held a workshop on the interactive guide to policies and procedures, in the presence of the Advisor and General Supervisor of the Rector's Office, Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Rushud.
Highlighting the importance of this workshop in improving the guides to policies and procedures in all units, Prof. Al-Rushud pointed out that it is important to ensure that the documented procedures are matched with the actual work in line with the governance of performance.
Mr. Khalid Al-Dhiabi, the director of the General Administration of Organizational Development, said that such qualitative workshops for the coordinators of departments are supported by the rector, and they are some of other workshops focusing on improving the quality of policies and procedures of work
