The Evaluation and Excellence Department at the Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs organized on Monday a workshop entitled “Tools of Performance Indicators Measurement between Development and Change” under the supervision of the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Al-Rumaih. The workshop, held at the main conference hall in the presence of heads of units, aimed to highlight the tools used in measuring the performance indicators of the Vice-Rector’s Office of Educational Affairs, identify the obstacles encountered during the evaluation process and how to overcome them and determine the role of heads of Evaluation and Excellence Department. Mr. Sami Al-Jack, Supervisor of the Department, reviewed all tools used in collecting the data of performance indicators and surveys which include Program Evaluation Survey (PES), Curriculum Evaluation Survey (CES) and Student Evaluation Survey (SES). He also talked about the perspectives the Department with regard to issues related to the workshop. The workshop is one of a series of workshops organized by the Vice-Rector’s Office Educational Affairs to enhance the efficiency of work performance based on high standards and best practices.
