Dr. Ahmed bin Ali Al-Rumaih, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, chaired the 13th session of the Department of Quality meeting on Wednesday, 5/05/1439. He discussed the topics on the agenda of the meeting, which includes the implementation of the internal audit for the colleges of the University, selecting specialists for signing the accreditation agreement of one of the academic programs at the University, discussing aspects of the accreditation criteria of the leaders and the approval of Dean’s evaluation surveys. The recommendations made by the Student Advisory Board were also discussed along with the report of the University experience in institutional accreditation. Dr. Ahmed Al Rumaih affirmed during the meeting that the topics of the Student Advisory Board are a top priority in the follow-up to their implementation. He pointed out that the University is taking serious steps to harness all its capabilities towards an integrated system of quality, pointing to the continuous and strong support of the Rector and his direct follow-up to everything that would enhance the University reputation and maintain its excellence. Other issues related to improving the quality of the educational environment were addressed followed making the necessary recommendations for all the topics on the agenda.
