The Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Bin Ali Al Rumaih, headed a meeting in the presence of the members of the Committee to discussed a number of topics as part of the follow-up process of the progress of the Central Committee for Quality.
. The meeting discussed several topics on the agenda including:
• The internal audit program of the colleges according to the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA)
• The implementation of the recommendations of the Central Committee for Quality and Academic Accreditation which is headed by the Rector and aim to maintain the quality and qualify the university programs to earn the academic accreditation.
• Assigning the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development to visit the colleges to conduct meeting with (staff, faculty members, academic accreditation officials) as part of qualifying the university colleges to earn the academic accreditation.
The Vice Rector- Head of the Committee- said that the University should maintain excellent and and effective academic role by enhancing basic values of education to meet the quality requirements for accreditation and long-term development.
