HE the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Mugren received in his office the members of the Official violations and its Reduction Committee. During this meeting, which was attended by HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari, the Rector received the final version of the report prepared by the Committee about the official violations and its reduction that were done by the university staff, the study relied on a reality survey of violations at the University, and what has been approved against them of punishments through the Discipline Committee, and the impact of these punishments on the development of staff performance and reducing their administrative violations. Also a number of questionnaires were distributed in order to reveal the causes of these violations, and measure the impact of punishments on their performance, and then limit the causes leading to the occurrence of such violations. During this meeting, HE the Rector insisted on the need to initiate the committee recommendations, and to have a positive impact on the development and improvement of university staff performance. Also, HE ordered for these recommendations to be forwarded to the committee of the administrative organization and development for application, and suggest the initiation of these recommendations mechanism to have concrete effects on the university performance.
