HE the Vice Rector made an inspective visit to the work of the developmental training courses offered by the public administration for planning and development for the university administrative and technician staff. HE was greeted by his the general administrative supervisor Dr. Saad bin Zaar Al-Qahtani and a number of administrative officials. During the visit HE listened to a presentation on the schedule of internal training courses approved by the department in its training plan for this semester and targeted groups, and the level of achievement and interaction indications. Also, the administration's efforts in implementation monitoring and measuring the level of quality. After then, HE visited a training course on (Accounting for Non-Accountants) which is one of the development courses provided by the Department in the training room of the administration centre, which utilises the excellent training expertise available at the university. HE talked with the trainees, explaining that these developmental courses are part of the performance development objectives at the university, and that the administration seeks to provide them in their working place without the trouble of searching for external parties to get such distinct courses, and that the employee must obtain such courses and take full advantage of them in developing their performance through compliance with the training program and following up with the poses during the training course and serious discussions and active mental attendance. HE invited the university staff to participate in evaluating the training programs provided to them in order to avoid deficiencies and search for development in the upcoming training courses. At the end of the visit HE praised the public administration for planning and development for what they offered of outstanding efforts in setting up training plans and their distinct implementation, relying on the expertise available at the university. Also, HE stressed on the necessity of continuing this excellence and the pursuit of creativity and training ideas innovation which are attractive and effective at the same time in the development of the university staff performance.
