In the course of continuous improvement of correspondence track system at MU, a workshop was conducted to address the updates of the system. The workshop was delivered by the Vice-Rector, Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari to vice-rectors, deans and directors. The workshop was kicked-off by Mr. Mohammed Al-Oula, supervisor of the system, who provided a detailed explanation for the major updates on the system which includes the procedures and e-services of leave application, letters. Dr. Al-Dosari emphasized the efforts exerted by the working team in this project which seeks to upgrade the quality of e-services at the university level. “ This is likely to save time and effort which ultimately achieve the strategic plan of the university” added Dr. Al-Dosari The workshop was concluded by a discussion session in which several suggestions were made by participants to enhance the performance of the system.
