The Urgent Buildings Furniture and Equipment Committee held its third meeting under the chairmanship of the University Vice Rector Dr. Mussalem Bin Mohamed AL Dossari and in the presence of the committee members on Sunday 22/11/1436. The committee reviewed the remaining time for the reception of the Colleges of Sciences and Humanities in Houtat Sudir and AL Ghat. The meeting members discussed also the procedure of equipping the building and the reception of the furniture in addition to reusing those items which are in a good condition. A team will be joined in each college made up of representatives from the finance department, the warehouses, as well as the facilities and operation and maintenance departments to guarantee and facilitate the reception of equipment by relevant parties. In this regard, the vice rector insisted on the need to rush in the fulfillment of the requirements for both colleges in such a way as to guarantee quickness and quality of the work in coordination with the furniture and equipment committee and the Preliminary Reception committee. It is to note that the formation of the Preliminary Reception Committee was decreed by the Rector to follow up and coordinate between the competent parties and the people in charge of equipping and furnishing the urgent buildings to guarantee precise procedures, quick fulfillment and the unity of efforts.
