Following the enormous care paid by the Vice Rector to the Developmental Project carried out by the university through the developmental project program, the Vice Rector, Dr. Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dossari has held a meeting with the team subsumed under the Supervisory Committee of the developmental project for the preparation of the university for academic accreditation. From the development team side, the meeting comprised the Head of the Supervisory Committee of the developmental project, the Rector advisory Prof. Mohammed bin Othman Al-Rukban, as well as, Head of the Recommendations Development Follow-up Team, Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Ebody, Dr. Tarek Bin Sulaiman Albahlal, Dean of the College of Science and Humanities Studies in Hotat Sudair and a member of the development follow-up team and Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Jarallah, Dean of Quality Assurance and Skills Development Deanship and Chairman of the Programmatic Context Committee at the developmental project. The meeting began with the Vice Rector, Dr. Muslim bin Mohammed Al-Dossari who welcomed the development follow-up team members, and appreciated the great efforts they exert for the advancement of the university through this developmental project, which is being given all the care and attention of the leadership of the university through the continuous care from the Rector to facilitate the task of this project team, as well as providing all that is needed to achieve the goal set out for it. Additionally, the Vice Rector also stressed on the importance of joint efforts and full cooperation between development project team and different parties of the university through continuous communication via all possible channels of communication in which no doubt this meeting is one of them. Also, he pointed out that this procedure will prevent individual efforts where every team will work on its own and this undoubtedly will hinder Integrative work that is supposed to prevail among all parties that have a apart to play in the this project. After that, the discussion of all the topics on the meeting’s agenda has started, both with regard to the treatment of some of the remarks that have been observed by the Development Recommendations Follow-up Team during the examination of recommendation requirements achievement by the different parties, or observed during its visit to the different departments of the university, or with regard to the general aspects of development required to be taken into consideration. Finally, all topics have been discussed quite extensively and appropriate recommendations have been counted for.
