- His Excellency ,the Vice Rector, Dr.musalam bin Mohammed Al Dosari hold a coordination meeting with representatives of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Projects Management Office to review the final report of the work of the committee formed to archive business purchases. During this meeting, the supervisor of the Project Management Office -Mr. Abdulrahman Al Subaie- display a statistical report about relative work has been done, he pointed out also that he has been working on developing an electronic system to archive these works to serve all required reports to the user.
- He also explained that the archiving work has included all the works that have been approved by the administration and financial affairs at the university since its establishment in the second, third, and fourth budget, and it is possible currently to review electronically by those responsible on data projects and supplies that have been done at the university according to user needs, where the system gives the search feature, according to the fiscal year and according to the type of project. Where the system provides property search system according to the fiscal year and according to the type of project. The system also provides contractors with the university all required data over the past years, and the user can obtain graphical and statistical reports according to his need.
- At the conclusion of the meeting, the Vice Rector praised the works have been done. He also praised of the good coordination which was among the General Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs and Project Management Office in this regard, where this procedure represents a significant achievement of automating procedures and electronic documentation of administrative and financial works.
