Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Coordinating the transportation of female students from the college in collaboration with the General Administration of Services.

Organizing requests for student activity transportation, submitting the request through the relevant electronic systems, overseeing the trip, and designating a responsible person for both the departure and return to ensure the safety of all students.

Coordinating with the transportation services offices at the college regarding any delays in transportation due to emergency weather conditions.

Addressing certain improper behaviors (such as practices that are inconsistent with Islamic principles and public etiquette) and promoting correct behavior among students.

Raising awareness about mental and physical health culture.

Contributing to resolving issues arising from family changes, such as housing problems, marriage issues, etc., as well as addressing problems related to the work environment.

Increasing awareness on how to deal with physical and psychological hormonal changes during adolescence and the proper and disciplined ways to manage them.

Providing special care and support for students with disabilities and chronic illnesses at the university, by finding ways to overcome the challenges they face and offering suggestions and alternatives for providing medical equipment and tools to create a suitable educational environment.

Carrying out any tasks assigned to the unit within its scope of responsibilities.
