Assigning personnel to contact relevant authorities to repair urgent malfunctions occurring in the college and follow up on them.

Recommending the assignment of staff to work outside official hours when required, according to regulatory frameworks.

Supervising college staff and defining the responsibilities of each one.

Overseeing attendance and absence records for staff.

Taking preliminary disciplinary actions regarding unauthorized absences of college staff.

Writing performance evaluation reports for the department's staff and submitting them to the Deanship of Human Resources.

Submitting the college’s needs in terms of human resources and equipment.

Participating in committees and meetings relevant to the role.

Preparing the annual report and periodic reports on the department’s activities and units, and submitting them to the Dean of the College.
