E-Learning Unit

This unit is responsible for overseeing the operation of the college laboratories and e-learning rooms, implementing approved policies and programs related to e-learning and educational support services, and achieving the objectives assigned to it. The head of the unit is appointed by a decision issued by the Dean of the College.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing the college's plan for e-learning activities both for students and faculty members, in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning.

2. Designing and implementing the college's training plan on the Blackboard system and the online examination system both for students and faculty, according to the college's needs and in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning.

3.  Coordinating with academic departments and the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning about e-examinations .

4. Following up on the educational laboratories at the college, submitting reports on their condition, and maintenance requests to the college administration to communicate with the relevant authorities, in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning.

5. Preparing a quarterly report on the college's e-learning activities and the unit’s operations.

6. Monitoring all matters related to e-learning and any tasks assigned to the unit in this regard.
