Responsibilities

Conducting studies related to the college’s needs for laboratories, supporting equipment, and software in coordination with academic departments.

Supervising the laboratory settings within the college's lab in coordination with academic departments.

Following up with companies regarding the supply of scientific equipment in coordination with academic departments.

Coordinating with relevant entities concerning the maintenance and operation of scientific equipment.

Following up on the establishment of central laboratories in the college in coordination with academic departments.

Working on the development plans for the college laboratories in coordination with academic departments.

Supervising all data related to the laboratory.

Writing periodic reports on the activities of laboratories and labs.

Supervising the provision of human resources—technicians or workers—as much as possible based on the needs of the laboratories.

Conducting regular follow-ups and evaluations of the laboratories and labs.

Supervising and maintaining the technical aspects of meeting rooms and e-learning rooms.

Providing technical support to the college and its members according to the policies of the relevant supporting deanships.

Developing development plans for the unit.
