Shared Services Unit

Responsibilities:

1. Provide educational, research, and administrative needs.

2. Set operational plans for the female students' departments.

3. Implement safety and evacuation plans in emergency situations in coordination with the relevant authorities.

4. Organize interaction and integration programs through joint scientific, cultural, and sports activities and competitions at the university level.

5. Create opportunities for female students to engage with the university community.

6. Develop preventive and awareness programs to prepare female students to take on their social roles and enhance the principles of Islamic religion, values, and national identity.

7. Study and monitor the labor market and its requirements, identifying the current and future needs to determine the professional and personal skills required to align the university's outputs with Vision 2030 and the labor market.

8. Conduct informational and awareness programs to help students to meet the demand of the labor market.

9. Place examination instructions in obvious places for all students, faculty members, and invigilators.

10. Supervise the progress of exams and prepare examination classrooms (e.g. cleanliness, ventilation, lighting, drinking water)

11. Receive suggestions from individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses and follow up on the actions taken to address them.

12. Support talented and creative students through various training programs

13. Perform any tasks assigned within the scope of its responsibilities.
