Director of the General Administration of Legal Affairs:
Responsible for managing the work and affairs of the General Administration of Legal Affairs in accordance with the specializations and authorities contained in the Guide to Powers and Specializations issued by the University Rector’s Resolution No. 10, dated 7/1/1431 AH, the Al Majma’ah University Organizational Guide issued by the University Rector's Resolution No. 1017, dated 10/14/1435 AH, and the University Rector’s decision. No. 1125 dated 1/5/1436 AH regarding the approval of administrative assignments within the university, and University Rector’s Decision No. 2932 dated 03/11/1445 AH regarding the approval of delegation of powers; And any subsequent decisions or instructions issued.
Assistant Director:
The assistant is responsible for working in accordance with the powers or tasks delegated to him by the Director of the General Administration of Legal Affairs in supervising and following up on the work of the departments, organizing the internal affairs of the administration, undertaking everything related to the strengths and weaknesses of the workflow and employees, proposing appropriate solutions, and acting on his behalf if he is not present.
Director Office:
It is responsible for coordinating and following up on daily work with departments within the administration, monitoring work performance, clarifying deficiencies and defects, and proposing ways to address them.
Studies and Consultations Department:
It specializes in studying all types of studies, consultations, contracts, memorandums, and legal agreements, and expressing opinions and legal advice on them, and other matters related to the work of the administration.
Case management and human rights:
It specializes in studying all types of cases, lawsuits, and grievances, and expressing opinions and legal advice regarding them, and other matters related to the work of the administration.
Systems management and documents:
It specializes in collecting and following up on rules and regulations, supporting the administration with legal and regulatory books that are important to the work, following up on new regulations, decisions, and government regulations, and what up-to-date development in the work of the administration. It is also specialized in preserving and archiving all documents, decisions, circulars, and documents related to work at the university or the Legal Administration in accordance with the established principles and standards and other matters related to the work of the Administration.
Support Services Department:
It is concerned with following up and meeting the administration’s needs in terms of office, administrative, and technical work and other matters related to the work of the department. It is also concerned with coordination and cooperation with parties outside the legal administration, introducing its activity and achievements, and documenting its work progress in the media according to annual reports and other matters related to the department’s work.
Community and Humanitarian Partnership Department:
The department is responsible for promoting awareness, legal support, building partnerships, agreements, and cooperation with various internal and external parties, in accordance with the established principles and standards, and other matters related to the department’s work.
