1. Safeguard and Secure Deeds and Plans Related to the University's Lands
Procedure Details:
Sort and create paper classifications for deeds and plans.
Take a copy of each deed.
Store deeds and plans in appropriate classifications.
File them in suitable folders in a secure location.
