A) Administrative powers:
1- Supervising the university’s buildings and facilities.
2- Supervising the housing for faculty members.
3-Inventory and follow-up of university facilities and lands.
b) Organizational connection:
The Administration reports to the Vice Dean of the University.
c) Main tasks of management:
• -Implementing effective modern systems and technologies to operate the university’s buildings and facilities and its affiliated sites.
• -Identifying the necessary needs for college buildings and supporting departments and providing them.
• -Renting units outside the university city, as needed, and in accordance with the directives of senior management and the instructions regulating that.
• -Following up on rented buildings and determining the extent of need according to the procedures followed for their need.
• -Supervision of university college buildings and supporting departments.
• -Determining the needs of facilities and buildings for operational work including maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security.
• -Following up and issuing deeds for lands and buildings belonging to the university.
• -Inventorying all university properties in a database including facility type, area, geographical location, plans, etc
• -Drafting RFP for the university’s investment facilities and investment opportunities.
• -Governance of administrative procedures for investment facilities after completion of award procedures.
