- Follow up on vacations 

- Follow up on attendance 

- Follow up on work progress, conduct tours of inspection and prepare reports.

- Follow up on car authorization and conduct periodic maintenance.

- Follow up and prepare annual reports.

- Follow up and prepare strategic and change plans.

- Any tasks assigned according to tasks and competencies.

 

2. Relations and Documentation Section

 

- Documenting and photographing events, activities, visits and meetings of the administration.

- Preparing designs for events.

- Any tasks assigned

 

3. Activities and Events Section

- Activating and following up on the activity plan.

- Preparing a monthly and annual report.

- Preparing reports about mosques in housing in coordination with relevant departments.
