Housing Services Department Tasks: -

 

1. Supervisors Unit:

 

- Full monitoring of buildings + general housing location.

- Submitting reports via the reporting system.

- Following up on moving out procedures and receiving keys.

- Monitoring violations and reporting to the Services Unit.

- Preparing the necessary reports.

- Any tasks assigned.

 

2. Emergency Unit:

 

- Monitoring risks and emergencies.

- Coordinating with maintenance and security during the evening shift.

- Following up on the general housing location and submitting reports via the reporting system.

- Preparing the necessary daily reports.

- communicating instantly with the direct manager in case of emergency.

- Following up on the operation of the gym.

- Undertaking any tasks assigned 

 

3.Services Unit

 

- Following up on moving in procedures and submitting the resident's contract (to the Records and Contracts Department).

- Archiving data, contracts and violations.

- Preparing the necessary reports.

- Preparing and arranging for events and activities based on the plan set by (Support Services Department).

- Undertaking any tasks.
