Definition:

This Unit is responsible for supervising the progress of work in the college laboratories and e-learning halls, implementing the approved policies and programs in the fields of e-learning and educational services, and achieving the specified objectives.

The decision to assign its head is issued by the Dean of the College.

Responsibilities:

 

1 - Preparing and implementing the college plan for e-learning activities for students and faculty members in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-learning.

2 - Preparing and implementing the college plan for training on the Blackboard system and the testing system for students and faculty members according to the college's needs in coordination with the Deanship of Information Technology and E-learning.

3 - Following up and coordinating e-tests in the college in coordination with the scientific departments and the Deanship of Information Technology and E-learning.

4 - Following up on the college's educational laboratories and submitting a report to the college administration.

5 - Preparing a quarterly report on the college's activities in e-learning and the work of the unit.

6 - Following up on everything related to e-learning and the work assigned to it in this regard.
