This unit supervises the training of students during their study in the final years, including communicating with hospitals and following up on the training and education process. The decision to assign its head is issued by the Dean of the College.
Responsibilities :
1- Introduce students to the regulations for clinical training in hospitals and methods of infection control and protection before starting the clinical curricula.
2- Prepare a practical training plan in line with each course to allow students to apply what they learned in accredited hospitals and health centers.
3- Limiting the number of students who are expected to join the training in the clinical phase.
4- Preparing the necessary letters to all accredited training bodies and coordinating with them.
5- Providing the Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs with all necessary reports on students during the training period.
6- Providing all logistical services to students during the study periods of clinical curricula.
7- Communicating with hospitals to coordinate the training of students in elective curricula.
8 - Reporting to the Student Violations Committee at the college the students' violations.
