Organizing Distinguished Employee Award All praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His last messenger. In the framework of seeking high performance and developed skilled in Deanship of Student Affairs' employees and the ongoing quest to advance their performance level to the best and help them gain experience, the Distinguished Employee Award comes here as an encouragement that creates some sort of competition among the employees and makes the work environment more challenging.   Distinguished Employee Award objectives:Distinguished Employee Award seeks to achieve the following objectives:1. Advancing the performance level of the Deanship of Student Affairs' staff.2. Bringing in the spirit of competition among the employees of Deanship of Student Affairs.3. Giving opportunity for creativity and development. Areas of competition in Distinguished Employee Award:Distinguished Employee Award is granted to an employee based on the following criteria:1. Good appearance.2. Punctuality in signing in and out and being available when needed.3. High performance of the tasks assigned to them in an efficient and effective manner.4. Creativity, innovation and taking initiative.5. Keeping good relations with their managers, colleagues and clients.  Distinguished Employee Award Competition Principles:Deanship is committed to the following principles of Distinguished Employee Award:1. Every employee is allowed to take part in Distinguished Employee Award Competition.2. Distinguished Employee Award is granted to three employees every three months.3. A committee established by the Dean to select three winners. Incentives to Distinguished Employee Award:Deanship of Students Affairs grants winners of Distinguished Employee Award the following incentives:1. Priority of nomination for local and international training programs.2. Counting the Award as strengths when upgrading process takes place.3. Honoring employees through a ceremony to be held in Deanship.4. Hanging pictures and names of the ideal employee in the honor board.5. Granting a certificate of thanks and appreciation.6. Deanship of Student Affairs may add other incentives to be approved at every session of the Award.
