MU Strategic Plan is the reference document that outlines the framework and priorities for the success of the university. That is achieved by translating the university’s future vision and mission into a set of clear strategic, procedural and developmental plans.
In collaboration with a wide-range of partners, MU’s strategic plan for the year 2020 was formulated based on the national developmental requirements of the higher education sector.
Following a methodology defined by certain number of stages, the strategic plan features an analysis of the university’s internal and external environments to find out opportunities and potential challenges, to evaluate its efficiency and to identify strength and weakness aspects.
