A contract for publishing the book “Chromatographic Analysis: Principles and Methods” by Prof. Ahmad Khamees Salamah has been signed with his Excellency Prof. Mohammad Abdullah Alshaye’a, the University vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. His Excellency Prof. Ahmad Mohammad Salem, the center director, said that the book had been presented to the center after meeting all the required documents and forms for publishing a book. The committee of publishing and translation has recommended publishing the book and approved its submission to the scientific council to complete the procedures. The book was approved to be published after making the required amendments and reviewing it by the proofreading committee. The book is regarded very beneficial to understating the concept of chromatographic analysis and its utilization in quantitative estimation for the organic compounds and macromolecules in the fields of science, industry, agriculture, medicine and pharmaceutics. The book explained the basics and methods of chromatographic analysis as well as the most important devices for it. Moreover, it provides a thorough explanation of the chemical modification processes. It is worth mentioning that Prof. Ahmad Khamees Salamah is the professor of Applied Chemistry and Toxicology in the Department of Applied Laboratories in Faculty of Sciences in Alzulfi, and he has several published articles and books.
