Given the fact that the College of Science in Zulfi has a strong belief in the importance of checking students’ progress, a virtual meeting was held by the Student Advisory Council via the Blackboard Platform.
The meeting was held in the presence of the dean, Dr. Hani Al-Quhayz and the vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Muqren Al-Muqren.
Launching the meeting with a welcoming speech, the dean illuminated students with the current situation and the best possible ways to making the most of it, reminding them of the unfailing commitment on the part of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince, to overcome the challenges of the current pandemic.
The vice-dean, Dr. Al-Muqren motivated students to work hard and to utilize the resources made available by the government of this country.
The meeting also featured a discussion with students about the problems facing them and the possible solutions to overcome these difficulties.
The dean directed the staff to consider all students’ feedback and to suggest immediate solutions to solve them.
At the end of the meeting, students were advised to stay home and not to miss any of their virtual classes and to demonstrate diligence during this exceptional period.
